I am very pleased.  This past week of training went very well for me.  I hit all of my targets, and did all of my workouts without cutting them short.  This means that I got in 3 swims, 3 bike trainer sessions and 3 runs AND one rest day!  My swim total for the week was 3450 meters, my time on the bike was 4.25 hours and my runs totaled 8.5 miles.

I am of course still early in my prep for the Raleigh IM 70.3 race in May, but it is always good to celebrate a good week of training.  The training totals for this week are small, but they steadily increase until it becomes what most people would call crazy.  I will do this, I will set a Personal Record at this year’s Raleigh 70.3

I feel strong and energetic (and I am dropping weight quickly!)!
