Another Tuesday, another lunch swim workout.  I am really enjoying the workouts during the day, however once they get longer, I don’t see how I will be able to fit it in during lunch.  I can get 1500y in, but anything more than that and I would be pushing it.

As for today’s workout.  I set out to do a 150y warm up, then 9x100y @ 2:00, followed by a very short 50y cool down for a grand total of 1100 yards (against a training plan that was asking for 800y).

Everything went according to plan.  I did notice a small strange feeling in my left shoulder (rotator cuff area) during my last 100y interval.  I will keep an eye on it.
