This is really starting to get on my nerves.  I am experiencing way too many flats lately.  I have no idea what the cause is, other than bad luck (according to my LBS).  I just want to be able to get a few solid training rides in without suffering another flat!

Not much to say today.  I was moving great, feeling good and certain to finish my 50 minutes in the cold morning.  But alas, it wasn’t meant to be.  pop.  ugh.

Plan:50 minutes on the bike

Actual:  25:43 at an average speed of 16.68 mph — and another flat!
