Due to this nagging cold that I cannot seem to shake, I took a Benadryl before bed last night, which made it near impossible for me to get out of bed… but I did.  I am happy that I didn’t allow an excuse to keep me from my workout.  The crazy thing… When I later checked, I actually was outside for my run 2 minutes earlier than yesterday’s ride.  Not too bad  —  The run felt good once I was moving.  I noticed a small tiny random cramp in my right shin before running today.  Since then, I have had the same little cramp happen twice.  I don’t know what it is, but I will keep an eye on it.

Plan: 30 minute run

Actual: 26m 22s run, which covered 2.4 miles at an average pace of 10:59/mile

The run ended up being short only because I ran faster!  I actually got home before my 30 minutes were up, who would’ve guessed that!
