Today the plan had me scheduled to run for 30 minutes.  My only real goal here is to continue to lower my min/mile times for each run.  I started off running 4 minutes with a 1 minute walk break, then repeat.  Now I am more focused on just keeping moving.  So, with that… today I set out for a nice solid and slow pace, keeping my heart rate in check and finishing the 30 minutes without a walk break.

I am pleased to say… I did just that.  30 minutes, slowly, but surely.  A small victory ‘yay’.
